Yes. Janevca Kitchen & Lounge accommodates dietary preferences and food allergies whenever possible to ensure a personalized fine dining experience in Victoria, BC.
Do you offer breakfast at Rosemead House?
Breakfast is not included by default but is available through select Bed &Breakfast packages. Guests who book this option enjoy a curated hot continental breakfast served in Janevca Lounge from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Is in-room dining available at Rosemead House?
No, in-room dining is not currently available. Guests are invited to enjoy full dining and lounge service at Janevca Kitchen & Lounge.

Are taxis and ride-share services available near Rosemead House?
Yes. Taxi and Uber services are widely available throughout Victoria, BC.
Do you offer limousine service to and from Rosemead House?
Yes. Limousine service is available upon request by contacting the Front Desk team.
Recommended providers include LA Limousine and Regent Limousine, offering a range of luxury sedans, SUVs, and executive vehicles.
Advance booking is recommended during peak travel times.
How far is Rosemead House from major transportation points?
Rosemead House is located in Victoria, BC, approximately 36 minutes from Victoria International Airport, 12 minutes from the Inner Harbour and seaplane terminals, 19 minutes from Ogden Point Cruise Ship Terminal, and 39 minutes from BC Ferries Swartz Bay terminal.
Is self-parking available at Rosemead House, and what is the cost?
Yes. Secure underground self-parking is available at CAD $25 plus taxes per night.
Is valet parking available at Rosemead House, and what is the cost?
Yes. Valet parking is available at CAD $35 per night. Guests also have access to secure underground parking via Buckingham Gate or Lampson Street.

Reservations, Cancellations & Policies
Can I modify or change my reservation after booking at Rosemead House?
Yes. Reservations can be modified by contacting Reservations at (250)384-0940.
Do you offer discounts for locals, AAA, seniors, or military guests?
Residents and Vancouver Island residents enjoy preferred seasonal rates (15–20% off), along with a 15% discount for Military and Service Personnel.
AAA and senior discounts are not currently available.
How do I qualify for Resident’s Rates?
We are pleased to offer discounts to our regional community. For those booking our Resident Rates, a government issued ID will be required at check-in at which time we will also ensure your home address is based in BC, Alberta, or Washington State in order for the rate to be honoured.
Is there a minimum stay required?
A minimum stay is not currently required for weekend reservations. Please note that a minimum stay may be implemented on key long weekends and holidays – please refer to the specific booking conditions on each rate as they may differ.
What is the cancellation policy at Rosemead House?
Cancellations can be made without penalty up to three days prior to arrival depending. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Advance Saver rates are fully non-refundable.
In the case of a no-show, a one-night room and tax will be applied.

Do you have Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) at Salt & Ivy Spa?
Yes. Salt & Ivy spa features Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) offering therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massage treatments.
Do you have spa amenities such as a sauna or hot tub?
Not at this time. Additional luxury wellness amenities, including a sauna and hot tub, are planned for launch later this year as part of the evolving spa experience.

Staying at Rosemead House
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Rosemead House is a non-smoking property. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply for any smoking in rooms, balconies, or public areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome with appropriate certification.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
The property is a restored heritage hotel. Some areas include stairs, while select accommodation types offer elevator access.
What in-room amenities are available?
Guest rooms include a minibar, coffee and tea service, refrigerator, kettle, safe, steamer, iron and ironing board, heated bathroom floors, and specialty pillows upon request.
What times are check-in and check-out at Rosemead House?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early arrivals and late departures are based on availability, and fees may apply.
